Return & Refund Policy

Returns β€” We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at henriquesorganic@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent to the address we provide once your return is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues β€” Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items β€” For safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used torchesΒ (once used, they cannot be returned)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges β€” The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds β€” We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund; if more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at henriquesorganic@gmail.com.
